·We are committed to providing vehicles as per quotation like Innova / xylo or similar but cannot provide any particular model of said car.
·We are not liable to provide any alternative option if the permit is not approved or road blockage for the North Sikkim tour. Guests will be booked by his/her own cost and no refund will be made against this booking.

·Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, Lachung and Lachen are subject to Permissibility, if Permit application is not approved then alternative tours will be provided.

·Those who are partially vaccinated or who are below 18 years of age shall be permitted to enter on production of negative RTPCR report taken within 72 hours prior to date of entry.
·If any emergency lockdown or new covid19 guidelines are announced by any State government for your travel destinations then the tour will be postponed, refund not possible.

·No Refund will be entertained in case of Disasters, like disturbed political situations, bad weather, Earthquake and any other natural calamities which are beyond control.
